1. Strictly control the procurement of raw materials
Our factory has a lot of purchases throughout the year. Most of the suppliers we cooperate with are long-term fixed cooperation, and some suppliers have equity cooperation, so our raw materials are of relatively good quality.
2. The first full inspection of raw materials coming to the factory
After the raw materials come to the factory, they must be fully tested, and the quantity is confirmed at the first time, whether the spare parts are sufficient, and the damaged ones will be returned directly for renewal.
3. Samples must be confirmed before mass production
The customer’s products are first proofed to the customer for confirmation, and the confirmation method is to take a photo for confirmation, and send the sample to the customer for testing and confirmation, and then produce it after confirming that there is no problem.
4. A small part of mass production before mass production
In mass production, a group of 10, or a group of 20 will be used for sample testing to confirm the production process and mass production after no problem.
5. Finished product testing before bulk packaging
All our products are fully tested by a special testing department after the finished product is completed and before packaging, and the problematic ones will be eliminated directly.
6. Accept testing by third-party companies
If the customer needs a third-party company to inspect the goods, we fully cooperate and can let the third-party company do the inspection and produce the inspection report.

About capacity
The current capacity of our U disk is as small as 256MB and as large as 128GB. The common capacity is 1GB/2GB/4GB/8GB/16GB/32GB. The capacity is different and the price is different.
About sample
1. We can produce samples according to customer requirements.
2. Free design renderings according to customer requirements.
3. Laser engraving LOGO or business card U disk color printing proofing, no proofing fee (the product is extra).
4. If silk screen LOGO is required, a sample fee will be charged.
MOQ: Minimum order of 100 pieces for a single item, let’s talk about the specific order!
Sample payment terms:
Laser logo and card color printing proofing are free, and silk-screened logos are subject to a proofing fee (the product is extra).
Bulk goods: 30% of the total payment is a deposit after the order is placed, and the balance is paid when the inspection is completed and the shipment is completed. Shipment in batches is determined according to the specific situation.
After-sales warranty
The warranty period for the chip is 5 years. The product is a black colloid and the warranty period is one year.
Other important matters:
1. Contact us in time after the repaired product is sent out.
2. Make a backup of the files stored in the repaired product. We are not responsible for repairing files and restoring data.
3. When the product cannot be repaired, we will only replace the equivalent product within the warranty period.
